Not sure what flair to put but I'm rather frustrated about this.

I live in a neighborhood of newly built townhouses. I made the mistake of adding my address to Google Maps to get things delivered to me as it had not been done. Since I've moved in, for about a year now, people frequently use my address to have food delivered. I get about a delivery of food that's not mine once a day. Today was no exception but, this time after the deliverer rang my doorbell for the umpteenth time, some girls came by my front door, took the food from the delivery driver, and walked around the corner to what I can only assume is their building.

My question is this. Is it legal to keep the food? I don't want it but this has been happening regardless of posting in the HOA forums and putting a sign on my door. The fact that I probably have more people coming by to pick up their orders from my address makes me feel like I need to change how I address the situation.
