Tenant (South FL) is potentially bringing her elderly mother to stay for a week and half. What are my options?

Post Body

The person I'm renting out my extra bedroom went to another state to visit her old mom and told me that she needs to take care of her. Now, she told me that she's coming back home in a few hours with her. She told me that she secured another place that starts on May 1st.

What do I do now? When I signed the lease it was only for her, and I'm not comfortable with her elerly mother to stay in my residence because I think it's a liability. She's old and she has dimensia and going up and down the stairs is a risk. On top of that, she, nor her mom got tested for covid before coming back, so I don't feel comfortable with her bringing her mother at all. Do I charge her extra for this liability? Or do I just tell her her mother is not allowed to stay here? Advice is appreciated tnx.

Update: It was all my paranoia, folks. She didn't bring her mom. Still, I've learned my lesson and for my next lease I will definitely be more thorough and write down some details including guests.
