Post Body

So as the title of the post says, I just received an email stating that an appeal has been filed from my previous employer 3 months after I was let go and I would like some advice on how to proceed. [Louisiana]

UPDATE: After scouring my UI website, there is now a hearing scheduled on the 26th (after this claim would be invalid that I haven't been pulling from for a couple months now) that the issue is that it was a freehand discharge...could anyone explain that for me?
