I’m a Union Ironworker in Mobile AL and have been advised to contact the department of Labor and file an Eeeoc or something like that. I’ve never been one to want to sue anyone but I’m thinking this corporation crossed the line when they changed the outcome and ending results of my termination without my knowledge and forged my signature in order to send paperwork to my Union Hall to make them uphold the now updated hire status to not for rehire indefinitely. I know normally suing for wrongful Termination is a bust but changing my Termination status after I’ve left the job site and signed my paperwork that stated Eligible for rehire after 30 days to Not for rehire indefinitely and forging my signature to cement their vindictive change of heart, they should be held accountable. I also stand to lose tens of thousands of dollars if not hundreds over the next 25 years of my career, considering I’ve probably grossed 30-50 thousand from this maintenance contractor just at this plant alone in my first 12 years as a Union Ironworker. Any info or guidance is appreciated. Ty Jacob B
