License Suspension

So my license has been suspended out of montana for a multitude of years due to my poor decisions as a young teen.
As far as I know it's only suspended because I owe them like $800? But I also have at least one warrant and one pending case.
My question is, will I have to go to court to get my license back or can I just pay the fines?
