Would an act of violence against the abuser in a sexual assault case, help the abuser in court against the victim?
Post Body
My sister recently came out and told me that she had been groped, been asked to "lift her shirt off so i can see your tits" and has been constantly harassed by a boy in her class. would me, as her older brother, potentially cause the abuser to receive lesser/no punishment if i were to inflict physical harm on him.
Edit: Im From Victoria, Australia.
