My fiancee is potentially starting a job to coach underneath a well established personal trainer. The rest of the contract is pretty straight forward, but this section worries me. Can someone explain in layman terms? The initial contract is 1 year long, I imagine any clients she gets during that 1 year she must forfeit once her contract is up (if she doesnt renew it)? Then she is also unable to coach any of those clients for another 2 years?
Thanks
