So I have won temporary orders almost two years ago, and now they just set "trial on merits" for January for my case. I don't know what a "trial on merits" is but maybe it's just another way of saying the final trial?
The kid has good grades (All A's and B's), perfect attendance, he is in Scouts, and also in Jiu Jitsu classes. I can't possibly see how the judge would move the child seeing that I have not been in any criminal trouble or anything.
What are things that could cause me to lose at final trial? Any ideas? Just trying to stay prepared.
Thanks!
