I have so many questions. To start, some back story. I was pulled over in September of 2019. I refused to blow and then plead to misdemeanor DWI in March 2020. At my first court date, October 2019, I was asked to surrender my licence. According to the NY DMV, it was surrendered in NJ. How do I proceed with this? Can I sue the courts? There is also the matter of the court mandated breathalyzer which according to the DA is already installed in a car I sold prior to my "incident". During this quarantine this has been a nightmare. I would graciously accept any advice/help.
