Will I owe money or collect debt if I just up and leave my apartment and walk away from my lease?
Post Body

I'm in a situation in which I've lost my car but I do have a somewhat reliable ride to work. While paying rent I'm unable to save very much for a new car, and I signed a year lease agreement that I can't pay out of. The person who I'm using that car doesn't want to keep this up for another 6 months until the lease is up. Am I able to walk away from the lease without any and/or major repercussions?
