My landlord is trying to make us sign an addendum to our lease saying we are not allowed to park in our driveway

Post Body

The landlord claims that a previous tenant's car leaked oil, steering fluid ect. in the driveway. Our house has a small cottage in the backyard that she allowed her grandson to move into, rent free, and she pays us 1/4 of our utility bill even though he invites guests over almost daily (there are 3 of us living in the house paying rent). We just got an addendum in the mail stating that "we are not allowed to park in the driveway but as her grandson is a 'car techie' he is allowed to park in the driveway". Is she allowed to do this? This is in Oregon
