(FL) Hello! I'm in the process of currently starting my own specialized landscaping company. We intend to do in ground development and I want to draw up a document that states they called the city and had someone come out and mark their underground pipes and wires to avoid damage having it signed by the technician that does the marking or a second option which is to forgo that on the grounds that my company is completely released of any damages. Will a simple release of liability form cover the second part?
