Will I face legal consequences if I quit my job as the only person on my shift?
Post Body
Im in Texas. Tonight is my third shift at this truckstop (overnight shift). The manager has arranged for little to no training on any of the money systems (opening/closing register for my shift, nightly reports etc...) And another employee has warned me that the people she told me to call for guidance wont answer the phone when called. Can I get sued if I walk out on a solo shift? I don't even know how to use the diesel gas register.
