[California] My close friend is out on bail for possessIon and sales. He’s been using meth multiple times a week which violates his bail. He signed away his HIPAA Form in court.

So, I’ve been dating this 27 year old guy on and off since December 2019. He has been constantly using methamphetamines about two or more weeks a month. I have tried my best to keep him clean, but it’s been a fairly bumpy ride. At 8 am on June 10, 2020, he has his court appearance in Banning, CA for the possession and and sales charge. It’s gotten to a point where I have tried to get drug tests done at hospitals when he’s visited and today, by Cathedral City PD. Despite me trying to get these records to the police and the court, nothing has happened. I’m wondering what kind of steps I should be taking to get his bail revoked.
