Can I please get some advice I recently did my own background check and I was shocked to find a arrest that I had was still on file The record was supposed to have been sealed. It has been over 40 years since this has occurred I would like to get this event expunged /deleted What are my options ? I am wondering what if this is leaked would it be available to the general public Can someone please assist me with this it has me up all night pondering what if anything can be done
