Plain and simple, you can see my post history for whats going on, but theres a man above me that floods his place and harassed his next door neighbor to the point she needed a security team to be by her as she moved out. The LL is refusing to return our deposits because they did us a "favor" by letting us out of our leases.
Is he allowed to do this? do we have the right to sue? Its complicated by the fact that the LL isn't exactly at fault for our lease break, as well as the fact that the insane individual is the landlords own brother.
