Giving away home-made alcoholic apple cider?

Post Body

I was considering giving away apple cider to the local community in a small town in Oregon, USA (specifically Washington County) as a way to raise moral during all the covid madness. I recently created a very large batch to work on expanding my hobby brewing (50 gallons) and wanted to share that with the community. The plan would be to have a bucket of sterilizer to clean whatever containers were brought to fill up cider in as well as have containers they could take with them that were pre-sterilized. This is all to make sure that no covid spread happens. No money would be taken nor tips asked for and I would check IDs (no experience in this - maybe a problem here?) Would likely be done in a parking lot of a small, local, grocery store or could be done at a nearby park. No alcohol consumption would happen there.

Just making sure I can't have something legally bad happen if I want to give this away to the community. Anything wrong with my plan? Anything that I need to make sure doesn't happen? Definitely open to thoughts/discussion to make this happen without getting in legal trouble.
