So back in 2011 my father was diagnosed with stomach and lung cancer. He lasted all of 7 months despite living a previously healthy life with no real medical issues. His life insurance company did their thing and honestly beyond a few legal mailings afterwards, we didn't hear anything more out of anyone in the industry. Fast forward to December 2019 my elderly mother starts getting adverts from another major life insurance company in my fathers name. She was obviously upset, so I called < big name insurance> and requested that we be taken off of all their mailing lists and to have it noted for my father or mother to not be put on any further lists. The agent agree's and apologizes profusely. Today, she got another advert in my fathers name from the same company. Again they apologized and agreed to take them off the list. Maybe i'm making more of this than I should, but I'm wondering if there's anything I can do short of a cease and desist letter at this point if it happens again. Does this constitute a potential form of harassment or am I just barking up the wrong tree here?

Thanks for answering.I had a feeling I was probably blowing this up a bit, it's just the look in her eyes when she see's it that gets me.
