This is a rather simple case but I don't know if i have any right for damages
I parked my bike in front of a shop with a railing often used for locking bikes (my bike wasn't locked to it but I mistook it for a parking place
On the glass ,it turns out, there where small signs (about 5 cm diameter) that said parking was not allowed.
After I came back they had ot just moved it but thrown it with enough force to shatter the lock casing and other damages. It was clearly not moved and layed down but forcefully thrown with a probable intend to damage it. I was in the wrong because I missed the tiny signs but they went out of their way to damage my bike.
This happened in the Netherlands and was a first occurence, I was in the shop and could have moved it had they pointed it out. Do I have right to get paid for the damages?
