[WA] - If I create an LLC while living in an HOA and keep the "Physical Address" of the LLC at my home (NOT the registered agent address), does the HOA get automatically notified that an LLC has been created on their turf?

Post Body

Hello,

I am creating an LLC and using a third-party registered agent service. The physical address of the LLC will be at a home. I've talked to city officials and state officials that both say not to worry, and that we're not running afoul of zoning laws or potential HOA violations if it's just our Mailing Address and our Physical Address that are listed in this HOA, and we're not having any customers come to this address.

I've heard stories from the other HOA members that someone opened a small arts and crafts home business and "everyone in the neighborhood" was notified via letter that this had happened... but I'm not sure by who.
