Hello,

We are filing an LLC in WA state. Per WA state law RCW 23.95.255, an Annual Report needs to be submitted roughly a year after the creation of the LLC:

However, the service with which we filed (IncFile) is showing on their website that the Annual Report is due on the "Last day of anniversary month of organization or qualification", which is showing as Jan 31st 2020.

Is Incfile messing up here? We don't want to pay their outrageous convenience fee for them to automatically file this document in two weeks when per the law we don't have to worry about this for another 12 months...
