First time here and dont know much about legal issues so please feel free to ask me questions on important topics that I may have missed out on. I havent used my credit card in almost 3 months and mainly use my debit card for small purchases here and there. I am not subscribed to anything nor have I shared my credit card and it was never stolen. The purchase was made on saturday and posted to my account on monday and I just found out now. I havent really gone out since friday and have been studying most of the time and I can confidently say i have never even thought of buying candles or whatever this company offers. This payment was made to SCENTSY CANADA in alberta even though I live in Toronto. I use TD bank and am planning to head there and question this payment but what do you guys think I should do? $400 is a pretty big amount for me and is there any way I can get that credit back?
