I'm in year 11 and to get into year 12 we need to sign a contract saying that we will try our hardest going into our exams and stuff, and if we don't sing the contract then we will get expelled. Is this legal? I'm not too sure and I'm not trying to bash the school, also only serious answers please. Thank you.
