So long story short I lived in Vegas for awhile, (2016-2017) got pulled over and cop smelt my weed, fessed up and gave it to him, he writes me a misdemeanor citation for possessing marijuana less than an ounce.

But I never got the notice in the mail, there's several courts in Las Vegas and the ticket didn't state which one I needed, so I tried calling and going online but everywhere I looked or tried talking to said there was no record of the ticket. So naturally I blow it off, definitely a dumb decision.

Fast forward to now I'm living in California, and I'm applying to Uber eats, they say my background check failed so I look at the report and it says there's a bench warrant in Las Vegas for that same ticket. I have nothing on my record, not even a speeding ticket, and I'm trying to move back to Vegas now but am afraid what this warrant will do. I have a job and am willing to do whatever to take care of it but what should I do considering I don't even live there anymore?

PS. I've had multiple jobs from then to now and nothing other than Uber eats has ever come up with it, at least I don't think it has.
