Do I need labor law notices (US-Kansas)?

I recently became self-employed and registered an LLC, I have no employees and no plans to hire. I got a 'shakedown' letter from Personnel Concepts claiming I need to display labor law notices and an offer to purchase from them. Is this something I need?
