In Pennsylvania
This happened while I was away on vacation. I live in an area where they have their own security guards that can give out fines for speeding, parking, etc. Keep in mind the road I'm on only has 2 other houses and is considered a 2 lane gravel road, so there's plenty of room and hardly any traffic. According to the officer, when talking with our neighbor (who was trying to prevent the ticket), I'm required to park 3 feet into our property line from the road and I was just shy of it. They're now telling me I can plead not guilty for an administration fee of $10. On the back of the ticket, it states if I'm found not guilty, I'll still be forced to pay the administration fee. Something about this just doesn't seem right to me...
