Synchronization license

Post Body
So I want to start a livestream on YouTube of music videos mostly by undiscovered bands. However, some of the music videos will be from bands who are signed to major record labels. I've read that copyrighted content that is live streamed is automatically blacked out by Youtube's algorithm and that getting a synchronization license is the only way to post copyrighted content.
How do I go about getting a synchronization license from these bands, especially if they're signed to a major label? And how much should I expect to pay per video? Is there a better alternative in getting these videos cleared for live streaming?
