I am in a very shitty situation and need some advice. My wife and I are divorcing. She has been jobless for 3 months now. She is on the lease to our apartment in NYC and is basically living rent free. We have 2 special needs children and an open CPS case. She is the only one on the electricity and internet bill, both of which she isn't paying and she is not contributing a dime to groceries to feed the children. We have a post nup agreeing to joint 50/50 custody of the children and both of us waiving our spousal support. I can't handle living with her under one roof for multiple stressful emotional issues. Is there a single thing I can do to get her to move out so I can have peace of mind to live there and raise the kids? Or am I totally screwed until our lease is up?
