Can we use the grandparents address to register a child for school?
Post Body

Hopefully this is the right place to ask this. Sorry if it isn't.

My fiance is currently fighting for custody of his child, and while we wait for the court date we are trying to figure out the best way to handle her going to school. We both have varying schedules that would make it difficult to bring her or get her on the bus. My fiance's mom stays at home and is willing to help us, but the problem is she is not able to drive. She lives in a different School District than we do, so we were wondering if it would be a problem to use her address in order to register the child for school. The school at her grandparents house does not accept School of Choice so that is not an option and we don't know our neighbors or any child care right now. He is not wanting to give legal custody to his parents unless absolutely necessary.
