[Oklahoma County] So as a fulltime salaried exempt employee of a company that contracts services to the government, we are currently furloughed. However, the company is requiring us to fill out timesheets on a regular basis during this time period. My question is, since the timekeeping is productive administrative work for the company, even if done remotely, it is still work. FLSA Says timekeeping rounding must not always favor the employer, yet spending <7 minutes traditionally would round down to the nearest 15, in this case 0. Can the company ask each employee to work up to 6 minutes multiple days a week, yet report no work was done during the week due to rounding and enter the employee as LWOP?
