I sent a laptop out for repair on November 20th, it was out for delivery on the 23rd and there have been no scans since. I have been in contact with supervisors who keep telling me they will contact me back and have yet to hear back. Three supervisors between November 27th and December 7th have told me they would contact me and they have given me 0 response. Today they forwarded it to the claims department and told me I am only eligible for 100$ in insurance even though I requested 500$ in insurance at the time of mailing.
I'm not sure what I can do, as I have reached the highest level of support available via phone, I was told.
