Post Body

Part of the whole DACA, dreamers group. My DACA expires at the end of October amd with my fiancee and I afraid of DACA going away. We are thinking in getting married (courthouse) and apply for the permanent residency/Green, (she is American, 5 years leaving together, 2 years engagement, we have a son and expecting our second child) or renew the documents through DACA and then get married next year (that was our plan) . We are just trying to figure it out the best option where I don't have to worry if I will be here tomorrow to see her and my kids. We are in Southern California if that makes any difference. Thank you for the help.
