[NM USA] Does a content creator (podcaster/youtuber) need to have a waiver signed to have a minor on their show?

Post Body

A friend of mine (over 21) is hosting a podcast much like Marc Maron's WTF podcast, where they talk to a person about various stuff and record the conversation. They are wanting to talk to a minor (14 or 15 years old) who is happy to be on the show, but we want to know if the minor's parents need to sign anything prior to the interview, or prior to the content being posted anywhere. Personal boundaries would be respected in the interview, and nothing that the parent or minor didn't want online would be kept in the final content. (NM USA)
