[IL] Can I vote if I move right before the election?

Post Body

I'm currently registered to vote at my parents' house (because no rent is the best rent). For a while I've wanted to move out, and recently I've gotten enough income to seriously consider that.

Based on the research I've done already, if whatever new lease I find starts at the beginning of October, I should be able to re-register at my new address before the election. (Please also tell me if I'm wrong about this, BTW.) But if it starts at the beginning of November, I'm not sure what happens. Is there some kind of special case for this? If I just sign the lease and don't actually move out until after the election, can I just vote at my current residence?
