Sewage keeps backing up through my drains
Post Body

I live in eastern Pennsylvania I have lived in my apartment for about 8 months on 4 separate occasions sewage’s has backed up into my drains leaving feces and god knows what backed up into my sinks shower and out of my toilet. On this last incident today making it the 5th time water is coming out of my sink drain spilling gallons of water on to my floor. I have put in several maintenance requests for each separate incident. I spoke with the landlord during business hours and they said they had roto rooter on the way. It is now 4 hours later all maintenance staff and office staff have gon home for the day and will not return phone calls as more and more water spills into my kitchen from the drain. I guess what I’m asking for is this grounds to be able to prematurely break the lease legally due to my apartment becoming uninhabitable?
