Do I have any legal recourse if someone promised to pay me back money I lent them?
Post Body

So first off I know I’m an idiot for doing this but it’s done. I lent a close friend money ($1166.47) to be exact with promises to pay me back. I have documentation of the payments and her promises to repay me (bank statements/text messages) I still haven’t seen any money back yet and it’s been over 2 weeks since I was promised the last payment back. I’m fed up with waiting and am wondering what my best course of action would be to get my money back. Any helpful advice would be greatly appreciated.
