after a night of drinking, i met an old classmate outside the bar (this is valuable info because I flunked out of the course he and I were in) after talking with him he starts bad mouthing me about my lack of intelligence he continues to for sometime 20-30 minutes after trying to distance myself by moving several times waiting for my other friends to get ready to go home for the night but every time I move he follows and continuing to degrade me and after me telling him several times to leave my friends finally make it out so we start our walk home him contineing to follow us with his friends degrating me by calling me slow... making fun of my dyslyxa and other flaws about me then he goes on to talk about my S/O so after asking him to stop saying stuff like that it's making me angry and me trying to distance myself he goes on to say more stuff about me so I had gave him a soft shove then because he is so intoxicated loses his balence and falls into a wall making a little gash on his head... now he wants to drop assault charges on me do I have any chance of defending this? keep in mind I distanced myself and gave him 12 warnings to stop
