This scam seems to be a rather common thing this provider does. They spam you with mails and stuff where one click is enough and you have a contract which you will never notice until you have to pay a lot (45€ in my case for 2 of their products and one warning)
Its due to pay 6 months advance and for me it seems to run until now 2018 if I cancel the contract now.
I only noticed when they started demanding payments after login. I was never aware of these contracts. Obviously I missed the 14 day recall right since I never knew I had this
Advice I have gotten so far says I should contact consumer protection and ask them (they probably get this request quite a lot) or alternatively use a premade letter to cancel the contracts and deny payment per letter and signature
I will probably call consumer protection on Monday and ask them, might end up sending the letter too but I wondered if anyone here has more advice? Same/Similiar problem and outcome?
I know its mostly Americans here but maybe some germans lurking?
