im not even sure where to begin. my lease says im responsible for pest control. the "lady" i share a wall w (duplex) and i have been seperately battling bed bugs for months. landlady and neighbor in cohoots, landlady sends me rude and kinda threatening texts that i have to get a 750.00 heat treatment for my place with no express permission from.exterminator from her, which is the law. so my dads in CCU and these two bitches are conspiring. and im recieving several texts from both women. then i get a copy of the lease w a seven day handwritten notice to do something about the pests by that day number one im.being harassed number two i dont have that kind of money im disabled number three- im on section 8/ housing authority please someone help . i feel intimidated and confused.
