Post Body

Just last week on my day off I bought some tickets to a concert. However, one of my other supervisors called off and I was called in to take her place. But I couldn't make it cause I already had plans. My manager told me that I need to come in anyway. That I must get anything I do approved by her. She was upset that on my day off I had plans.

Is this legal??? She does this to everyone it's like we can't have a life outside of work. I'm not the only victim, another coworker of mine was approved for a week vacation months in advanced (GM was made aware) however when the time came she told that coworker that it was never approved and she should get a refund for her ticket.

Is all of this legal? Or is she just being an asshole GM
