Can I legally stay in my apartment??
Post Body

[Atlanta, GA] So my ex and I live together in a apartment and there was a domestic dispute between us in which I threw and broke her phone and she throwing my phone at my face. I was charged with criminal damage and she was charged with simple battery. Well we went to court and I decided not to press charges on her and they dropped the case right there and then for her. For me on the other hand I have to pay for the phone I broke then go back to court in 4 months and will have my case dropped as well. The terms of our bail was that we cannot contact each other but since her case is settled it only applies to me now until my case is dropped. I still have 3 months left on the lease but now my ex is threatening to call the police if I show up at our apartment. Can she do this?!?? I have no where else to go and I refuse to pay for rent if I can't live there. Also she stole my dog
