(ND) Do i need a license to offer free beer at a concert event?
Post Body
I have started putting on DIY concerts at my shop. As a ploy to attract more people to our struggling music scene, i have started having a keg at the shows. The $5 cover charge getss you free beer for the night, providing you are of legal age.
Do i need a liquor license to do this?
