I have some medical debt in collections ranging from 1-3 years old. I am looking to buy a home in the next year so I would prefer not to wait for the statute of limitations to expire. I researched some pay for delete options but found that since its all medical debt you can use Hipaa Laws to help get it removed. I have been on a site with the name whychat credit confusion that gives some direction on how the process works. However, its very confusing to me. Does anyone have it written down in a much simpler format or timeframe as to how the process works? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers
