My workplace has a point system. If you reach 12 points you are terminated. I have worked with the company for 5 years and received numerous awards for great work.
I am now at 11 points and they are asking me to sign a letter of concern stating I will be terminated if I receive one more point. They gave me a list of the days I was late/called out since last year. I am not sure how accurate it is as I do not keep track of it. Therefore I am hesitant about signing the paperwork. Will they terminate me if I refuse to do so?
