I signed paperwork on 5/2014 to work for (Large Company A) through one contract company (Small Company B) to work an assignment until the end of the year 12/2014. Without consulting me, (Large Company A) and (Small Company B) renewed their contract for the year of 2015. I did not sign anything. The contract is up at the end of the year and I was offered more money from another Small Company C to work for (Large Company A). Can I make the switch and begin working January 2016?

The contract I signed in 2014 details as such:

"Consultant agrees not to accept employment directly or indirectly with Client, during an assignment and for ninety (90) days following the completion of an assignment, whether the assignment is performed on the Clients’ premises or otherwise, unless Consultant first obtains the written consent of (Small Company B)."
