Post Body

Instead of overtime My company offers bank time that is paid out at time and a half like regular overtime, just at a date of our choosing instead. However they have started to put our stat holiday hours into the bank time account. The only way to get it is to either request it gets paid out to us in our cheque or to book off a day with it. Are they allowed to do this? Or since because it's a statutory holiday theres a different set of rules involved?
