So A friend of mine is having some problems with her common law husband.
He was cheating on her and when she caught him he decided it was time for her to move out. This has been a couple of months ago but in the mean time he has cut the power to all of the house except the master bed room that he keeps locked and pulled the toilet in the house so she cant use the restroom. He just today moved all of her belongings to the garage and pulled the door off the bedroom she was staying in...... Whats the best recourse?
