What should I do when I have a FALSE DMCA Takedown Notice from an open-source cryptocurrency developer issued to me?

Post Body

This should be in a mish-mosh of subreddits, but, I'm coming here to r/askreddit. So, I've recently had my cryptocurrency "ImperialCoin" shut down due to a DMCA complaint from another developer. He owns a trademark on the name "Imperial Coin." Not "ImperialCoin," without a space. Not only this, but, his trademark is of his own scrypt-based cryptocurrency, not a multi-algo like mine. Administrator of the official Bitcoin forum as well as moderator of the Altcoin section theymos emailed me last evening with the takedown notice. In it, he also included his intent to get the domain taken off the web. So, as the title states, what do I do? I'm in no way infringing on his trademark. It clearly states in the official trademark that I am not (linked below.)

Also, 1 more note. I started my coin on March 1, 2014. The trademarking process started March 7, 2014. Is this technically illegal?

Wait. 1 last one, I promise. I've been told I could sue if I found this to be a fraudulent claim. Could I?
