Haven't paid ticket in another state, 2 months late
Post Body

Was pulled over as a passenger in a vehicle in West Texas, driving from Houston to San Francisco. Police asked to search the vehicle, has a glass pipe with marijuana residue on it, got a ticket for paraphernalia. Get back to the west coast, fast forward a month, call judge for non resident court appearance, talk $500 ticket down to $350, she says I have a month to pay it or there is a $25 fee. Never got anything in the mail about the ticket, haven't paid it since because I didn't have the money for awhile then also never received any notice for it.

I have the money now, as long as it hasn't gone up exponentially, and I know I need a cashiers check, but to who? And she said to send it to the address listed on the ticket under her name as the judge for that area. Should I call and figure it out and if so, will it be a lot higher? Can I just let it go and never go back to Texas?

TL;DR: Didn't pay out of state ticket, what are my options/what can I expect?
