Been working full time hours with part time pay and benefits for years at my company...
Post Body

Hi there. So I live in Washington state and was recently told there might be a law or policy that states if I work a certain amount of hours for 5 or more weeks consecutively then I would be eligible for full time status. I have been working full time hours at a certain corporate business on only part time pay and benefits for about 3 years. What would be a good process of getting this fixed? Also, I have already brought it to the attention of our HR. Others who are in the same boat as I am have also talked to him with no results. What would be the next best step? Thank you for your help. Also, sorry for any spelling error but I am on my cellphone.
